Payment: 

 

We accept payment from Paypal in currency of CAD. PayPal is a secured online payment system which accept most credit cards, such as VISA and Master card.

 

Shipping Policy: 

 

For local or international shipping:

Most items will ship within 2 days after received your order, we ship to most countries around the world,  it takes about 2-3 weeks by air mail to get to your country.  We are charging a flat rate  of CAD$8.00 for shipping within Canada , CAD$12.00 for US and  CAD$20 for international shipping. FREE Shipping for all orders over CAD$120.

 

Are there any duties or taxes ?

The customs of your country may apply duties in some cases.  We are not responsible for any customs or duty charges that the recipient may incur. To confirm any duty charges for your country, please contact your local customs department for import duties

 

How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order's details,  All orders are shipped by the  regular postal service with NO tracking number.  We are NOT responsible for lost parcels. 

If you require a tracking number for your order, please let us know we can quote you the  estimated shipping charges for your consideration.

Return Policy:

 

Due to hygiene reasons panties and briefs are unable to be returned unless the garment received was faulty. However all other full priced items are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Sale items may be eligible for an exchange only but not for a refund. We ask that the garment has not been worn, all tags are attached, and the garment should be well packed and protected in original packing when sending back.  Any returned items should be in its original packing, if in any other conditions that will not be eligible for refund.

 

How do I return an item?

Please contact us once you think the items may need to be return, but please do not send your item back until you receive our email with the items returned form (no matter for refund or exchange still need this form to process), please fill the information on the form and print that out, then send it along with the item which needed to return. Once we receive your returned items and check the conditions, we will process the exchange or refund back to your paypal account with 2 days.

 

Who pay for the return shipping costs? 

In most cases,  the buyer pay for all shipping costs for the returned item either for refund or exchange, but the faulty item will be send back to you at no extra charges.
